2025 Asphalt Maintenance

Asphalt resurfacing on select streets will now tentatively take place from October 17 to November 7 (dates have been updated).

Work will take place at the following locations:

• Clarke Street West
• Eleanor Court
• Concession Street East (between Park Avenue and Lisgar Court)

Streets will remain open to local traffic only during resurfacing.

A vehicle detour will be in place for Concession Street East while resurfacing is underway and the sidewalk will remain accessible.

Residents are encouraged to plan alternate routes and exercise caution near construction areas.
