Tillsonburg, Ontario - Tillsonburg Family Physicians FHO Opportunities. Physician retiring. Located in a busy, progressive and growing community in SW Ontario. The Clinic is less than an hour from London, Stratford and Port Dover and 20 minutes from the 401 for an easy commute, if desired. The office is in a professional plaza with pharmacy and lots of free parking. 594 Broadway Ave. Tillsonburg. Work in a friendly Family Health Organization (FHO) clinic of 5 physicians with full support staff of RN’s, RPN’s and medical office assistants. Option of established patient roster. Transition into a full-time practice as a recent graduate of Family Medicine residency with mentorship if desired. Work a minimum of 4 days per week. Using PS Suite EMR.
Financial Considerations: Excellent income potential with optimal work-life balance. Up to $50,000 incentive provided by the Town of Tillsonburg and the Tillsonburg Hospital if you are also interested in providing emergency department coverage. Overhead waived for 1st month (about 22%).

The town of almost 20,000 is a rapidly growing community in need of a number of additional full-time family physicians. We offer a great opportunity for 1-2 physicians to join an existing FHO group of 8 family physicians to build their own practice or take over an existing patient roster.
Close to the 401/403, and an easy commute from London, Brantford, Kitchener/Waterloo. 200 Broadway, Tillsonburg, Ontario.
Community hospital including ER, internal medicine, general surgery, and orthopedics. Local diagnostic and laboratory services, as well as allied health.
EMR = PS Suite. Dedicated staff for clinical and administrative/billing support.
