Canada Day 2023

Celebrate Canada Day in Tillsonburg on Saturday, July 1 with these special community events:

Family Fishing Derby (Lake Lisgar)
Enjoy a morning of fishing on Lake Lisgar (7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) and compete for a chance to win prizes. Organized by Mike and Rosemary Dean. 

Station Arts Centre (41 Bridge Street W.)
Enjoy a Pancake Breakfast from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Meals range from $3-$8.

Cenotaph (200 Broadway)
Join members of Royal Canadian Legion Branch 153, Tillsonburg, for a flag raising (12:00 p.m.) and free Canada Day cake.

Lake Lisgar Waterpark (8 Ross Street)
Enjoy a free swim (12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) at Lake Lisgar Waterpark sponsored by Inovata Foods. See www.tillsonburg.ca/waterpark for admission details.

Annandale NHS (30 Tillson Ave.)
Bring the kids and enjoy the free Canada Day Fun Fair and Open House (1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.) This popular event features treats, face painting, games, balloons, cake and tours of the museum.

Memorial Park
Free fireworks beginning at dusk.

The Community Centre will be closed on July 1. Annandale National Historic Site will be closed July 2-3. The Tillsonburg Customer Service Centre and Corporate Offices will be closed on Monday, July 3.
