Town recognizes passing of Brenda Carroll
The Town of Tillsonburg has lowered flags at municipal facilities in honour of the passing of Brenda Carroll. Brenda served on Council for eight years in the 1990s, and again in 2014 when she was appointed to fill a five-month vacancy. She also held the role of mayor for seven months in 2000.
