Sanitary Sewer Flushing

November 14, 2022

Sanitary sewer maintenance is scheduled in northwest Tillsonburg (November 14-December 16). Affected neighbourhoods include Glendale, Glendale West, Oak Park, Woodland Estates, Lisgar Heights and Southridge.

Surplus Land Declaration

The purpose of this notice is to advise that the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg intends to declare the 25 Maple Lane property (the former Maple Lane Public School), described as: Part Lot 380, Plan 500; Part 1, Plan 41R-9104, Except Part 1 Plan 41R-10139; Subject To An Easement In Favour of Part Lot 380, Plan 500; Parts 2 & 3 Plan 41R-9104 (the 96 Tillson Ave property), together With An Easement Over Part Lot 380 Pl 500 Part 2 Plan 41R-9104 (the 25 Maple Lane property); as surplus to the needs of the Town at the November 14, 2022 Council Meeting and the Town is hereby providing notice of its intent to sell the property.

The purpose of this notice is to advise that the Corporation of the Town of Tillsonburg has declared a portion of an Unopened Right-of-Way, described as a Road Allowance Between Concession 3 and 4, North of Talbot Road, Middleton East of Bell Mill Sideroad and West of Portion 25 on 431429, as surplus to the needs of the Town at the September 26, 2022 Council Meeting and the Town is hereby providing notice of its intent to sell the same property for the highest and best use.
